I've checked the USCIS website to see if the processing dates have changed but they haven't. When are they gonna update it?

I'd suggest looking at the timelines at visajourney.com
When I was waiting for my I-129F to be approved, I found those timelines (which are self-reported by the petitioners who are members on VJ) were WAY more accurate at projecting when my I-129F would be approved. I remember checking the USCIS site for processing dates - and that said they were processing I-129Fs from like October or November, when people on VJ who had filed in December, January and February were getting approved. After a while, I didn't even bother looking at the USCIS page because it didn't seem accurate at all. It could be different for I-130s, though. I'm not sure.

When they do change will they change just by one day or will it be like a month (Jan. 30, 2007)?

I have been looking at the VSC processing dates on the USCIS site for the last two months and it hasn't changed. I don't think they update them (or at least update them very often).
Thanks for the advice about VJ. I am going to check out their processing dates.

It should be soon. Last update was July 16th and they do it monthly. They day will change by a month give or take a couple weeks sometimes.

Just make sure you go to the "Immigration timelines" link, not the "Processing Times" link, which I think is just the USCIS reported processing times.
This is the page: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/
Then click on "Visa Timelines" and click on the visa you're looking for (K1, K3, CR1/IR1) and it will take you to a nifty matrix like this: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/k1list.php?op3=5&op5=5,6,8,10,11,13,14,15,16,17,18,20,21,22,25,26,2 7,28&op6=All
If you play around with it you'll see that you can search for people going through a certain Service Center or filing for a certain country and then you can sort it by the date they received their NOA1. You can also click on "Advanced Mode" near the upper right of the table which allows you to see more info, like the day they sent the I-130.
Hope this helps. I used to spend a ton of time browsing all of those timelines. If you enter your own timeline info you can then compare your timeline to similar timelines that other people have recorded.

I was wondering: Does anyone have DSL? I had Roadrunner from Time Warner Cable for the past year(I used to have dial-up and it took forever to do anything online) and I loved it but they recently changed to Comcast and it has really been hell with them. I don't like their customer service. We had our services cancelled and now I'm looking for a new ISP. Someone recommended Yahoo! DSL from ATT($20/mth) and said it was good. Then someone told me to get Earthlink(about $45/mth- they said that you can really tell the difference between cable broadband and DSL - is that true?) So right now I don't have internet at home and everytime I need to use it I have to run to my local library or to my uncle's house. And it's driving me crazy! Internet is a must have. I can live without a cell phone and cable but I can't live without internet! So what would ya recommend?(Sorry I didn't mean to go off topic)
