New Total Post Levels and Titles

There is already another thread going on about this.

We changed and added new levels and titles for total posts made.

Newbie
Junior 100
Senior 500
Alumni 750
Salutatorian 1000
Valedictorian 1500
Cum Laude 2000
Magna Cum Laude 2500
Maxima Cum Laude 3000
Summa Cum Laude 5000
Egrigia Cum Laude 10000

So what does Summa Cum Laude mean?

it's a college graduation thing--summa cum laude is the commendation given to the top 10% or top 5%, can't remember which, of a graduating class.

cum laude, "with honor"; direct translation: "with praise"
magna cum laude, "with great honor"; direct translation: "with great praise"
summa cum laude, "with highest honor"; direct translation: "with highest praise"
egrigia cum laude means with "outstanding praise"
maxima cum laude means with "maximum praise"

How does the site break down? How many Junior, Senior, Alumni, etc?

I wonder how many Summa Cum Laude there are?

This should be post 764 for me, but looking earlier it shows me as a "Senior Member" (up to 749 posts). Perhaps one has to post first, then the level updates? On an unrelated note, I still feel despondant every time I see "IBMMuseum doesn't have any friends" (on my profile, thankfully not in my life).

I forgot to add the Alumni Member level to the database, therefore members stayed at the Senior level even though they exceeded 750 posts.

I just added the Alumni level and it should show within the next few minutes.

If members still have the wrong level showing, you may contact me.
