Hi everyone... Hope yall can help me...

I'm filling out the I-130 form and I have a couple of questions.

1. Should I put N/A for things that I dont have an ans for?

2. # 14 on Information about your relative
If your relative is currently is the U.S. complete the following:

Arrival/Departure Record (I-94) What does this mean?

3. Should we put his present employer?

4. #19 YOUR RELATIVE'S ADDRESS ABROAD... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

5. #20 IF YOUR RELATIVE'S NATIVE ALPHABET IS OTHER THAN ROMAN LETTERS, WRITE HIS OR HER NAME AND FOREIGN ADDRESS IN THE NATIVE ALPHABET.

6. SIGNATURE OF PETITIONER. IS THIS MY HUSBAND?

7. F. SIGNATURE OF PERSON PREPARING THIS FORM, IF OTHER THAN THE PETITIONER.

HOPE YALL CAN HELP ME WITH THIS...

Hi Annie, I'm glad you're finally starting!
All I know is: You are the petitioner. Your husband is the beneficiary. So you sign.
4. Put your husband's family address in Mexico, or where he would stay if he went, I guess.
5.Ignore this. Spanish uses Roman letters
2 Your husband EWIed so he wont have an I-94
3. yes
1. yes

Annie, relax. You need to give it more than... 9 minutes. People are always here answering questions, but we aren't miracle workers!
Chill girl!
After all this time waiting a few more hours wouldn't kill you!:)

Hi everyone... Hope yall can help me...

I'm filling out the I-130 form and I have a couple of questions.

1. Should I put N/A for things that I dont have an ans for?

Yes, make sure you fill in every blank with N/A or None.

2. # 14 on Information about your relative
If your relative is currently is the U.S. complete the following:

Arrival/Departure Record (I-94) What does this mean?

I put his arrival month and year (didn't know the exact date).

3. Should we put his present employer?

Yes, we listed my fiance's current employer even though he is working for his brother.

4. #19 YOUR RELATIVE'S ADDRESS ABROAD... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

I put the address of his parents in Mexico. You could put the address of the last place he lived in Mexico.

5. #20 IF YOUR RELATIVE'S NATIVE ALPHABET IS OTHER THAN ROMAN LETTERS, WRITE HIS OR HER NAME AND FOREIGN ADDRESS IN THE NATIVE ALPHABET.

This does not apply since his name would be spelled in regular alphabet.

6. SIGNATURE OF PETITIONER. IS THIS MY HUSBAND?

I don't really remember who signed this part, if it was me or him. Maybe someone can answer. Ours was a I-129f fiance visa which is probably not that different but I just can't remember.

7. F. SIGNATURE OF PERSON PREPARING THIS FORM, IF OTHER THAN THE PETITIONER.

We didn't put anything here. This is if you have a lawyer completing the forms for you.

HOPE YALL CAN HELP ME WITH THIS...

Hope this helps!!

Hi I am not an expert on this but I Know that adress abroad means out of the USA, you need the aliens addres in his country if he lives out of US like Europe, Russia something like that. The I-94 I believe is the card they give you at the inspection the day the person came in to USA and the date they need to leave. The native alphabet is another way of writing like a different country has different letters sometimes. Peticioner is the US citizen the one thats requesting entry to US or chage of status for the immigrant. Someone correct me if Im wrong, please. Good luck.

1. Should I put N/A for things that I dont have an ans for?

4. #19 YOUR RELATIVE'S ADDRESS ABROAD... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?i put my husband's parents' address.

5. #20 IF YOUR RELATIVE'S NATIVE ALPHABET IS OTHER THAN ROMAN LETTERS, WRITE HIS OR HER NAME AND FOREIGN ADDRESS IN THE NATIVE ALPHABET.
this is like if his name was in chinese characters or something.
6. SIGNATURE OF PETITIONER. IS THIS MY HUSBAND? no. you are the petitioner, he is the beneficiary.

7. F. SIGNATURE OF PERSON PREPARING THIS FORM, IF OTHER THAN THE PETITIONER. this is if you are using a lawyer. since you are preparing the form, put n/a.
