Does it really matter for the waiver if you are married or he is your fiancee?, does the waiver works the same if your married or better?. Can someone tell me are there more chances when your marry to be approve or its the same? I need to know? Thanks, love

We are doing the fiance visa and from what I understand the chances are the same. It depends on the hardships that the USC faces if they are not allowed to return to the US.

I am hoping this is true...that they are the same.

Chance of success is supposed to be the same, married or fiance. I worried about it too, but could not get married, it would have invalidated the whole process and would have had to start over and apply for a spouse visa and get that denied also.

i believe it's the same. it's the quality of the hardships that matter.

Thanks, I have plans to go to Macedonia and get marry but cause of my health and my kids Im scared of traveling there even though they tell me is safe, and I am starting a new job too and dont know if they will give me the time off, everything is so hard and complicated. What scares me the most too is than when he left I was falling apart and now I miss him but in a healthier way and Im afraid that when I see him and come back is gonna be worse and my kids need me to be strong and healthy and I need to function for them. I am so scared. And with his criminal case he may never come back, I am not giving up on us but I dont know what to do cause I think its easier as a fiancee, but still I dont Know whats best. thanks, I feel so crazy right now!
