Does anyone know ,or know where I can find out if Buenos Aires will accept I-601/Hardship at visa interview? thanks in advance!!

They didnt accept mine the same day but they made an effort to find a date/time before my fiance flight back to the US. So the waiver appt/submition was 4 days after the visa interview.

So... Your fiance was allowed at that interview? and do you feel this makes a big difference.

obviously visa was denied...right?

Yes, she was there. I dont know if that makes a big difference, but she wanted to be there in case it does. Yes, visa denied, we submited the I 601. So how is your case?, who is from Argentina?

My wife is from Bahia Blanca and im from Colorado. She/we are living in Bariloche now.I m basically back and forth. Our case...well its in shambles!!!:waiting: I cant wait to fly back to B.A, so they can deny our visa!

I have friends from both those places :) Colorado (Denver) and Bahia. Must be getting cold in Bariloche now. Well, but if u r from Colorado I guess you'll be ok... Yeah, waiting and waiting is the worst part of all this. Im in BA now and my fiance is in California.... So u guys have the waiver package ready? u have a date for the visa interview? Saludos.
