Hey guys, great site here. Anyone noticed the date for a US Citizen filing for a married son or daughter is way behind in processing times? I have been checking that date for probably over a year now and it has not moved from April 30, 2001 ?? Whats going on, are they updating these dates on the processing times page at USCIS?

I wanted to know if i actually went into my case with the case number if it would show me any better than this date like some actual information on my case. Havent done this yet because im not the actual person that filed so i have to call and ask them for the case number:blush:. Been waiting for around 6 years now and im getting really impatient .

Any input would be good, Thanks .

You can sign up online, but it will not tell you anything except that last notice that was sent to you. It may show an "Update" which is just the last date it was touched, but that could really mean nothing. I mean right down to it being moved from one desk to another.

Hmmm i see, but why has that date on the website for 'Petition for married son or daughter over 21' not moving from April 2001?? I swear i have been looking at so long and it has not moved.

All the other dates are atleast 2005 - 2007. Are there that much people in that section that applied?

Thanks:blush:
