No you can't bring medical records or psychological test, the clinics do their own test. I believe they give you several shots and X-ray. I don't think they give you blood work. Some else will let you know more.

I have asked this same question before and nobody responded to my post. I guess we will find out that same day we show up for the medical exam.

They won't give you any vaccines for the K-1 or K-3 visa- you'll need to do those later in the States when you adjust status.

Those applying for IR-1 or CR-1 visas will require vaccines. You can bring your shot record if you have had any of these vaccines, but they will probably insist on doing them over again. It'll be expensive, but having them twice won't hurt you.

They may do a psychological exam, depending on if you have ever committed a crime, have suspicious tattoos or fall into some category they feel is suspect. Many people here have had the psychological exam- they can weigh in about that if you are worried (I think you draw pictures for a doctor of a house, a family, etc.)

They will take a blood sample and give you a battery of tests and X-ray your lungs to check for tuberculosis. They will also examine you from head to toe, naked, and ask about how you got various scars, etc.

They will ask you if you have ever tried drugs- the answer is no.
They will ask you if you have ever had trouble with the police or immigration- don't tell them anything you don't plan to tell the consulate staff at your interview because they are taking notes and they do tell the consulate what you reveal at your medical exam. I'm not saying lie, just be cautious.

Good luck! I hope this helps!
