I'm using the I-134 for the financial requirements for our fiance visa, even though it's not required. And I have a couple of questions:
1. Is it necessary to have it notarized? (Recently there was discussion about it no longer being required to get the I-864 notarized, is it true for the I-134 too?)
2. I'm filling this form out for my mom, who is our co-sponsor. Do I need to list ALL of her financial resources (all savings, all investments, etc) if her work salary satisfies the minimum requirement?
