Where is the difference between I-129F and I-130 ?? thank you

An I-129f by itself os filed for a fiance(e)- not a spoude. If you are already married, you need tofile an I-130 and then if you chose, an I-129f after you receive an NOA1 for your I-130. If you are married and you file an I-129f, you will receive a K-3 visa which will require a series of AOS steps after your visa is granted- if you file only an I-130 and are married, these AOS steps will not be necessary.
