Adding more evidence

Hi

I filed my 601 back in Fabruary, but am thinking about adding more evidence. How do you go about submiting the extra evidence? Just email the consulate and ask them? Or go to DHS?

I filed in February and had a new medical situation develop. I mailed the new evidence directly to the USCIS (express mail). I know it was delivered but e-mails I sent about it have not been answered and the person on the phone did not know about it, the only information she had was that the application had been received and was pending.

I would email the USCIS office where your waiver was filed. Tell them you would like to add new evidence to your file, and ask them if thereis still time to send it.

If you can send the evidence send it express mail like Shannon stated so you can make sure that it was delivered to their office. Once you are sure that they have received it just email them and tell you are checking to see if it was received ans put in your file.

I did that and it was fine i filed in Vienna. Good luck

Ok I filed in Guatemala at the consulate there. So that is where I will start. :)
