Hi everyone! Some of you know about our case, some dont.
Sorry I dont post too much but Im always reading, and trust me you guys have help me a lot. As some of you know my boyfriend has been in Macedonia on VD for a month now, we should be getting marry soon. His criminal case should be dismiss soon.
I know how hard a criminal arrest record is for him to come back. But my question is, how important it is(the extreme hardship to me as the US citizen) when they look at the waiver and letter? Cause I am a type 1 diabetic (19yrs) I have diabetic retinopathy (my eyes are bleeding) I already had 3 lazer surgery and still need more, I might go blind, I have kidney problems, neuropathy and more I am a real mess and Im only 37, any ways I need him here. I have three kids from previous marriage,( 6,12,18) their father wont allow me to take them out of the country, my son has a speech problem since age 3, now he is being evaluated for ADHD he was abandoned by his father since age 3 and the only one that has been a father to him is my boyfriend. All of my family is in PR I dont have anyone here, he was all, we are a beutifull family and we need him, I work on and of cause of my health problems.
We feel that we dont have a lot of hope, everytime I have talk to lawyers they only look at the criminal charges and some had told me to wait for the criminal case to be done then we go from there, but I just want your opinion about the extreme hardship. And knowing he is innocent, how do we write a letter mantaining his innocence and at the same time explaining what happened.
Do you think they really care about my extreme hardship or this is really nothing?? What do you think? I just want to know what others think, Thank You! love:shy:
