EAD over 90days still nothing.

Hey guys, I filed my AOS/EAD on the 2nd of feb08 and still haven't received my EAD yet it over 90days, i called the USCIS 1-800 the lady told me they are still working on feb filers and to wait 30days, if i don't hear anything within 30days to call them back....I have read on other sites that the USCIS 1-800 gives wrong info... I was thinking if don't hear anything after this week i will make an infopass appointment, i know that i am not the only feb filer that hasn't received their EAD yet, but mine is been 92days today from the of filing......Do you guys think i should go ahead and make the infopass appointment or wait after 30days if i don't hear anything then make the appointment... Your advice will be gladly appreciated.

If you make an infopass appointment and complain you stand a good chance of at least getting a temporary EAD. No guarantees though.

Thanks for your advice...I was gonna wait until this week runs out if i don't hear anything then i will make an infopass appointment.
