I have some question and I hope somebody can help me...
I married my husband who is a US citizen January 23, 2004
In January 2006 we sent form I-130 and was approved 4 month later... I sent form I-485 and of course was denied but we did not know about the 10 year ban...
I would like to summit a waiver but I don't know how to start.. I have my I-130 approved but what form do I sent?? please help
