OK, so I've been reading other poeples letters that were approved or denied and they mention that they send stuff to the consulate.
I have my husbands appt and the waiver form but do I send my letter with my husband on the day of his interview or am I supposed to send stuff in somewhere?

If you are submitting a waiver then you would send the waiver with him. He will need to pay for the waiver ($545) and then file it (at the embassy) after he is temp denied a visa and told he is eligible to file a waiver. I hope that helps! Good Luck :)

You should probably read through the guide linked below in my signature. Moderator Laurafern11 wrote it and it will really help you understand the process.
Happy reading & Good luck!

hi ana...
is it his first interview? cuz if it is then you have to schedule the waiver appt, if he needs one. The second appt will be the day he needs to submit the waiver. I agree with adriane, read Lauraferns post......

yes, you do not submit the waiver on the day of the visa interview. that comes in a second interview which you have to schedule. he doesn't need to bring it to his first interview.

If your husband is filing through Ciudad Juarez you will need to make a waiver appointment where he will turn in the form, your letter and evidence packet, and wait to see if they determine it is "clearly approvable."
This will be after the initial visa interview, depending on when you can get the appointment.
