Since I'm immune to rubella, I have proof which I took to the medical exam in CDJ (twice, 2006 and 2007) and I got the vaccine from them, is there anything I can do to complain about it? Why would they give me a shot of something I'm immune to?
Also, the first time around they gave three shots, the second time I only got two, but in both ocassions they charged me $254
Where or to whom can I complain?
It's not that I want to b1tch about it, it's just that I think they're abusing their position and I want to make the path smoother for newcomers. :daydream:

Those medical clinics are shady!

I mean, just in general, aren't they re-doing the vaccinations that people got at their first appt. at their second appt.??? I mean, it's probably not exactly dangerous, but they are vaccinating completely off recommended schedules and completely arbitrarily.

Arabonita - as far as Rubella - I'd guess they gave you MMR-II - which is one shot, measles, mumps, rubella together. Monovalent Mumps and Measles are unusual and somewhat hard to get in the states at least, so that doesn't explain why you were charged the same, but they probably gave you MMR and something else. If you went to a reputable clinic in the U.S. they would probably order Mumps and Measles separate for someone who is immune to Rubella, but it might cost about the same.

(My job is essentially customer service/inside sales for a vaccine distribution company).
