I hope that you do recieve your approval. Even if you are gone when it happens can someone get in contact with you?
Also do you have any criminal at all? I thought maybe thats why its taking so long.

mjfalove I know you have probably tried everything under the skies to inquire about your husband's case but have you tried what Laurel mentions below? Maybe that will get them on the ball and motivate them to do what they got to do.

Laurel: Your waiver was submitted on February 6 of 2007?? Where? You don't need an expedite, you need to request simply that they complete the case as you are probably outside normal processing time.

Girl, you go and enjoy ouyr trip and try not to think about it. That letter will be waiting for oyu when you get back! Trust, they will need a couple of weeks to get your file back over to the consualte anyways, so you will be getting back just in time for it to be in the system! :D

mjfalove your approval should be coming shortly. I pray for you and your family that you will soon hear something. This has been long enough for you to deal with. God bless you and give you strength. I pray that you enjoy your time with your family.

Since you're outside the normal processing time (way outside it) you can request that your Senators do an inquiry. Sometimes that helps, sometimes it does nothing. But it's free and it can't hurt.....

I think of you and I feel sad. You shouldn't have to wait this long. What's their problem?!?!??!

Makes me wanna pull my hair out!!!! Bother them till they get tired of hearing from you. Did mamacita give you any pointers on who to contact? Hers was straggling too for a while...
