I tried to procure a visa by lying to an officer. I also fabricated a fake employment letter. I am sure they didn't find out about it and I wad denied under 221g. I am married to a U.S. citizen, whom I love to death. My upcoming interview is making me so nervous. My lawyer says I have 2 options: stick with the lie OR admit and use a waiver. I think I'll need 2 waivers: overstay + misrep/fraud. I am so depressed. Please advice.
I followed a friend's advice and screwed up everything. I am really depressed. If they come to know about it, woulc they at least let me use a waiver? Or I'll be barred for good?

What country are you from?
I cannot imagine any lawyer worth anything that advises you to lie to immigration.
No one on this site will recommend that you lie to immigration. On the contrary we will all tell you to tell the truth from the very beginning. You will have to swear that you are telling the truth.
IMHO: you should do the consult with Laurel Scott or Heather Poole before you do anything. They will tell you what your best course of action will be and they will be honest with you.
1 waiver (the I-601) waives both overstay and F/M. The more charges you have to overcome the stronger your waiver has to be (meaning more hardships to the USC if you are not allowed to re-enter the US).

No, not my lawyer's fault. She said if I decide to keep lying she cannot represent me anymore. Not going to lie, and I am going to admit everything. I worried if the waivers will ever be approved. I am really depressed and feel like life is worthless.
