Question about form G325A

I have filled out the form, but who is supposed to sign it? It says "applicant signature" under the signature line.... I mailed them to my hubby to sign, and he sent them back signed. I have a baaaaaaaad feeling I was supposed to be the one who signed them. :( PLEASE don't tell me I have to spend 2 hours filling those things out again!

Are you sending the G325-A in conjunction with a I-130?
If yes, you should be filing 2 different copies... one with your information, and the other with your husbands'...
So, if he signed one, then he's all set. Then you would need to fill one out with your info, and sign that one yourself.

Perfect! That's exactly what I did... It is in conjunction with an I-130. I filled out the four copies of the G325A for myself, and the 4 copies for my husband. I signed mine, and he signed his. WOO-HOO! :)

I'm afraid I am filing in Honduras.... I probably won't see you in Juarez, but I wish you the best of luck with the pilot program! :) Your spouse will be home far before mine...
