it's a canon power shot sd1000 I got for Christmas I love it, it's easy.

ratito, where's the bridge pic?? I went to school and met hubby in Wilmington before moving to FL. I would LOVE to move back there. Once hubby gets back from Honduras, we've seriously considered moving back!! I miss the beach and the more laid back lifestyle.

heck yeah.....it took me 6 years to buy a new digital camera. I refused to do it, but when my camera finally broke I got this one. I love it.

that is the Alligator River Bridge. I'm hoping to get out and about this summer and go photo taking. There's 2 bridges I cross to get to work and another that goes over an inlet. That one is AWESOME!

Wilmington is nice. Such a college town though.

well the drive is 20 minutes to the ocean, 15 to the sound. I work on the oceanfront so I'm there every day. It's got it's ups and downs. Ups??? the beauty. the downs??? the A holes who think they own it.

KiKi... hubby and I lived in south st petersburg about .5 miles from the skyway... SO, we had Tampa Bay on the North, east and south sides and the Gulf on the west. 10 minutes to St Pete Beach... I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!

We moved back to the mtns of NC in August and I have realized how much I hate the cold and miss the beach :(

Ohhh I see so you're not in Florida now... I misunderstood you. I don't know if I could survive without an ocean close-by... my entire life I've lived 10 minutes from the beach and have been an avid user since I was like 2 lol. It's an addiction that I need to work on haha... I'm sorry you're so far now :(

Thanks for sharing those!! I really like the photos in post #2. The bridge caught my attention because I first thought it was the one over Marion Lake at Santee SC because they look so similar. This one doesn't seem to have the crest though but it's an awesome photo! My second favorite are the white clouds. I've been to Winson-Salem and Greenville. Everyone is so very friendly in North Carolina.

I love taking pictures and sometimes I get really good things. I'm getting better. Beautiful landscapes really help. I think this weekend we're going to the gardens so I'll get some pics there too! yay!!!

it's nice when there's not a lot of people here it's almost like having a private beach
