We have filed the I-130 already. We are filling out the paperwork for the I-129f. What do I put down as the answer to Question 11:
Have you ever filed for this or any other alien/finacee before or husband/wife?
Yes or No?
Do I put down "Yes" and then state "I-130 for name of spouse"?

You would put no as it is referring to a different case and this would all be a new case.

Thank you. That is what I thought but just wanted to double check. Also, what would you put down for Number 15 since he is in the U.S. His parents address or N/A?

Sorry I had to go see what question 15 was. Yes he will put his parents address if that is where he would be staying abroad if need be.
