Can I send in my application for a fiance visa if my fiance's divorce is not final? It will be final in about 2 weeks but I would like to get a head start on the process.

No. He has to be free to marry at the time of filing and you will need the certified divorce decree as part of the paperwork process.

I am in the same situation, but my boyfriends wife is refusing to sign the papers so now who knows how long I'm going to have to wait!
