Hi all. My husband and I returned back to the States at the end of August, 2007 after his I-601 was approved in Frankfurt. We have since bought a house and I was wondering if we need to report our address change anywhere with immigration and if so, where? Thanks!

Absolutely. All non-U.S. citizens who are required to be registered are also required to keep the USCIS informed of their current address.
Form AR-11

Also, make sure that you keep a copy of the form that you sent to them for your record.

Yes, you have to let USCIS know, no later than 10 days after you have moved. If you fail, you can be charged a fine, imprisonment or be removed.

Thanks all! I thought we needed to submit a change of address but wasn't sure on where or how to file. To make it clear, my hubby is here as a permanent resident. He entered into the US on Aug. 28, 2007 after his I-601 was approved. I'm NOT his financial sponsor (friends of his/ours is). So is the AR-11 the only form we have to fill out for him? We wouldn't have any other applications or petitions pending right?
Thanks!
