once the rice is cooked, in a pan or wok, pour enough oil to coat the pan. wait till the oil gets hot enough, then put all the rice into the pan and stir (make sure the heat is not too hot or the rice will burn).
stir the rice so that it is covered in enough oil (not too greasy though). add about 2 eggs over the rice and stir. once the eggs are mixed with the rice and cooked, move the rice to the side of the pan so that there is enough room to cook another egg in the same pan. cook 1 or 2 eggs, once the eggs are cooked, mix it in with the rice.
mix your frozen veggies with the rice and add soy sauce (about enough to turn your rice light brown). add salt to taste. more soy sauce can be added to taste too.

Sounds good but why add salt? Soy has plenty...

That sounds soooo good and much easier than the way I make it. I would cook the eggs separate but this recipe is nice because you do it all in one pan. Adding some green onions would be good too.

i add salt to give it more taste. my husband likes a little salt on it. i guess you could make it without adding salt.

green onion does sound good too. havent tried it but i will next time i make it.

My husband likes it with chopped chicken or shrimp. I smash Knorr chicken cubes into it to enhance the flavor.

I like it very rich in flavor. If you don't have problems with garlic, you can fry the garlic first with oil. It smells so good.... and I tried not to include any garlic on my husband's plate.

I made it last night and it was soooooo good. A very big hit at my house. I think the big difference from how I used to make it was adding the eggs with the rice first. Makes it so much easier to make and helps everything stick together.:thumbup:

for the best soy sauce, go to an asian super marker. for a big bottle, its like 2.75. i like to use the one with the green cap with some mexican/itilian looking guy on the label. hehehe
