How do I know??

Does anyone know if there is a way of knowing for sure if someone is eligible for the I-601 before doing any I130 or I129??? Is there any way to find out, like requesting info to some place?? If the only way to find out is at the interview? How to know if you are innadmissible or how to know how many yrs and the reasons why, can INS give you this info before doing aplications for visa and stuff. Thanks, for your help.:waiting:

I would Think you could go on knowing your entry dates and time spent here. Not being sarcastic:)..Maybe requesting fingerprints,but other than that I have never heard of anything else.Have you consulted an attorney?
As far as how many years/bans..there is only 3/10 years..maybe re read the stickies on them.I see your boyfriend has a VD....you might want to talk to an exp. attorney..I would
