Vienna is taking 6months, they are working on October waivers now. Best of luck. There is a whole thread for Vienna filers. Vienna is a very friend and responsive place- just very strict w/ the waivers.
We used a lot of phone cards and emails. I hear a lot of people like Skype to keep in touch.

what??? oh man, Now I am totally depressed. that will be December. I have used a lawyer through most of it, but now she wants 2500 to do the waiver. i decided to do it myself. I written my hardship letter already. Do you think i should use a lawyer for that or do it myself??
I have a special needs son and he is the level 1 part of the letter. I hope it,s strong enough.. My hubby is leaving June 17th.:gaah:

Don't panic, you be fine! If you have your letter, that's good, lawyer don't write the letter anyway they just do the briefing.Make sure you have enough supporting evoidence, doc. letter, med. records, letters from friends and family and you good to go.I'm leaving May 16, and I'm just a zombie belive me, I know what you going thru. What country is your hubby from?I'm from Poland.

At all costs... get a letter from your son's doctor saying he can't live in a 3rd world country like Bulgaria....
That is the type of concrete evidence w/ medical reports to back it up- that they are looking for.
You can't live w/o your son... there is your hardship...
Good luck!

I dont think they will consider Blugaria as a 3rd world country it's actualy, pretty nice place.I think it's better to focused on great health care in US, and lack of health insurance(for you and your son) in Blugaria.
