Well, my aunt (the USC daughter) wants to file pettion (i-130) for her mother (which is my grandmother).
Story of my grandmother...
She was in the US in for 9 month from 1998 to 1999 using a visitor visa. She overstayed for 3 months which I think it's NOT a problem. My aunt wanted to start my grandmother's green card process then, but had decided Not to because my grandmother wanted to return home...my grandmother regret it now
My grandmother has been wanting to go back to the States since then.
So, now my aunt is going to file the pettion for her, however there is a question....
1. My grandmother health is not at the greatest. She had tumor in her stomach about 20 years ago that wasn't removed. She also might have tumor in her chest that causes her to have shortbreath(looks like she has asthma)
She is still independent, walking though not for too long. She got hard time climbing the stairs or bending down for so long.
If she goes to her medical, is that gonna cause her problem to get her visa. Is there a chance that she's gonna get a visa or it will be denied?
Thanks for your helps.
