I have been a member for a couple of months now and have been reading most of your cases. My husban came to the U.S with a visitors visa back on 09/01 and overstayed. We got married on 01/07, I am USC and now wanting for him to become legal. Nice meeting you; congratulation to those that have accomplished their goal and good luck for those of us that are still in the proces. :bounce::wave:

09/14/06 our daughter was born
01/09/07 hubby and I got married
04/16/08 sent out I-130 packet
04/21/08 rec'd at the Chicago lockbox
05/02/08 rec'd rejection letter for incomplete form and now need to sent more info:cry:
Husband now unemployed
07/15/08 re-sent I-130 packet
07/16/08 rec'd at Chicago lockbox.
