PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK, PLEASE!

The Honorable Matthew D'Angelo, Judge April 22, 2008
Dept. of Homeland Security
John. J Kennedy Building
15 New Sudbury St., Boston, MA 02203

Dear Honorable D'Angelos:

My name is XXXXXX XXXXXXXX, due to unforeseen complications I am not able to testify in person on behalf of XXXXXXXX XXXX/

I have known XXXXXXXX XXXX for seven years. He and I had a relationship and shortly after we broke up I found myself with a child. All the years I have known him he always had a job even when he went to high school. He didn't get in trouble and since our son was born he had faithfully paid child support.

My son and I would like to plead with you to let XXXXXXX stay in the United States. My son needs a father to be there for him. XXXXXXXX has been an excellent father to him. He's only three years old and is attached to his father so I am concerned for his emotional well being. As for me, I will be in dire straits if he's not here to pay child support. I am deaf and still a college student and can't earn enough to support my son financially.

We have had problems in the past due to miscommunication and cultural differences. I don't hold any hard feeling against him. For the above reasons and because I know XXXXXXXX XXXX is a responsible person who respects and obeys the laws of the United States. I ask that you grant him a bail bond.
Very truly yours,
XXXXXX XXXXXXXX Mother of XXXXXX XXXX

Asar, as someone who's been through proceedings the Judge looks at certain things before granting a bond 1.How did the person entered in the US 2.Any Criminal record 3.Any property owned 4.Any family ties in the U.S 5.Ever held a job. 6.Is the person considered a flight risk.So if all checks out good then there should no be a problem getting a bond..Good luck!
