When my husband and I used to go fishing on the East Branch of the Delaware River in Downsville NY in the Catskills Mountains we thought it was as near to heaven as you could get. The water is so clean that you can see to the bottom of the river, that is why the Pepacton Reservior is used to supply NYC water.

We met a really nice man (god rest his soul) named Al Carpenter, he ran Wild Al's fish and bate store and put us on his e-mailing list. When Al got a digital camera he sent pictures of the river and this is my favorite one. Everytime I got upset at work I would look at the picture and imagine that I was still there.

I hope I can get my husband back from Ireland and we can go there again. Going there fishing and staying in the little cabin were the happiest days of my life.

This is on my desktop. We went to a ranch a few weeks ago and got some cowboy pictures taken. This one's my favorite. I love playing dress-up, and I finally got my husband to play with me! lol
