Super Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Form 1 inch balls and press flat on lightly greased cookie sheet,criss cross with fork
Bake for 10 minutes

Are they really flourless? Does that work? Seems like it would make a hot gooey mess in the oven without flour.

I've made these several times..they work..not gooey or messy...and yes no flour..I did low carb for awhile there...who didn't right?.so I made these with splenda too...
