Where do I pay for the HSL?

Hi, Does anyone know who gets the fee for the 601 waiver???
The lawyer said to bring the hardship letter to the interview.
Where do I send the waiver form? i cant get my lawyer to answer any my emails!! please let me know, Thanks

This really depends on the consulate. He will most likely pay at the visa interview when he submits the waiver.
