Here is what I am sending on the packet....

1. Contents Table
2. I-129F application
3. G-325A for me
4. 1 Passport type photo of me
5. G-325A for hubby
6. 1 Passport Type photo for hubby
7. Proof of Citizenship - Copy of front and back of Birth Certificate
8. Proof I-130 was filed - Copy of front and back of NOA1
9. Proof of marriage - copy of front and back of marriage certificate

I wish I could use the same photos I used in the I-130. I hate taking pics, but I guess they have to be less than 30 days old so we will do that today.

On the I-129, what did you put down as any foreign addresses????? Question No. 15 -- I think I put "N/A."

And the nice thing about the I-129f is that your husband may NOT have to get his shots there. You don't have to prove the vaccinations with the I-129 -- this happens when you adjust your status in the U.S. So therefore, you can delay the crying for a while.

Angela: I agree that according to the timelines under visajourney.com/timeline, the I-129 is processing faster so you better get rolling on the I-601 waiver.

LOL I was looking forward to the crying so I can hug him, but i guess I can hug him without the shots too :D

I put my mother in laws house for #15. It would be the place he will live if we are backlogged so I would put the address in Guatamala where your spouse will live during the waiting period.
