My cousin is petitioning for her mother to come to the US. I am assuming her under aged sister will be able to immigrate with her mother because she is a minor right? So NVC sent her a visa bill for $400.00, shouldnt it be $800.00, because its the mother and the sister that are coming...Can someone please advise..We emailed NVC on monday and have heard nothing..so can the minor come with the parent if included on the I130...So is it $400.00 like the bill from NVC says or is it $800.00, because there will be 2 traveling applicants..Please help..thanks!

somebody can correct me if i'm wrong... but from what i understand, you're cousin has to file two separate petitions (for your cousin's mother and for your cousin's sister)... a parent of a USc is an immeditae relative but a sister of a USC can take years...but your mom, once she becomes an immigrant, can petition for the underaged daughter... but i don't think your cousin's sister can immigrate with your cousin's mom based on that....
i had asked an immigration lawyer about this and that's what he told me... i too petitioned for my mom and i thought that my 11 yr old brother can automatically go with her once her petition is approved and sh'e able to have the gc

angel eyes...i got the answer today and you are right. Thanks! So it does no good because her mom cant leave her sister behind and she did file for her mom, and her dad has a green card and he also filed for his daughter...i just because she was a minor she would get to come because she cant be left alone :(
