resubmitting info after 16 months

thank you to all that have been supportive, i am THIS weekend gonna get my info back together, copied HSL, receipts, etc. to resend via certified mail to Mr. Janssen since it now has been 16 months....do i just send the original info or send that and do another HSL with updated info...the original one was done over a yr ago!!! there are things that are different---medically with the preemie baby as he's gotten bigger, and MORE DEBT. should i redo one or just send all the original stuff???
