Should I keep calling NVC?

Hi! I called NVC today to ask about my appt. and the operator said that there are a limited number of appointments that can be scheduled each month, and that for April they already have reached that number. She told me to call again in mid May.
Should I keep calling or I really have to wait until May?

I would call once a week. You need to find out ASAP, so you can get your waiver scheduled close to your first appointment.

I'm in the same situation as you are Ischia-More, and I'm going to call once a week.

I called yesterday and the person I spoke to did NOT mention that to me.... so who knows.....

Yes, I’m going to call again next Wednesday, I tried to call yesterday but my call never went thru. And she mention that to me when I ask her when I should call again.

When I first called they told me an appointment had not been scheduled yet....then i called again and they said....not yet to call back later in the week....then I called again and they said there only schedule first two weeks something something....they talk like they are ready something...they talk so fast....then I called again and the operator told me I need to call back the week of april 21st....so i guess I will call on April 25th...i want to call once a week,but i guess they keep record of how many times you call because the last time i called the operator said i noticed you been calling a lot....maybe i'll call before then....

ugh I am doing the same thing right now calling NVC trying to figure out when they get my petition and when it's gonna be sent to CDJ.. and then after all that I just gotta keep calling to CDJ .. it's so annoying I miss being able to check online :(
