Good Morning All,

Has anyone had to receive vaccinations/shots at the medical examination in CDJ while still pregnant?
Is this procedure safe for the mother and child? :dunno:
Thanks for your help. :)

Most vaccines are NOT safe while pregnant, or are at least not advisable.. at work (a hospital) they wouldn't even give me boosters b/c I was trying conceive in fear I would get pregnant. I would read up on them all and make your own decision though.

Hmm.. If they insist I doubt you will be able to argue against it.. they are really strict on those.. but if it's already their policy then you will be ok.. we don't really have pregnant women who have gone through CDJ on here who could tell you :(

I would call and ask someone to be sure

From all the research done and for what I have read it is NOT safe to get any kind of vaccinations while pregnant. Not even the flu vaccine. Some of them contain mercury which is very toxic for a developing baby.

If you need any info send me a private message.

I believe I have read here in the past, that they DO NOT give you any vaccines during the CDJ medical exam if you are pregnant. I assume they would not xray either!
