My wife did not recieve her visa on the 1st of April in Juarez, MX. I am completely intimidated by the coming up process. I want to do my best and find as many resources as possible to ensure the safe return of my wife. I am asking anyone to shine a little light on the gauntlet that they call the I-601. Other than the directions on the I-601, I have no idea of what is expected or reccomended of me. I hope that more experienced people may know about what would be best for my wife and I to ensure the approval of our I-601. I appreciate your attention to my post and hope that you may be able to share your knowledge with my wife and I.

Welcome McBean, :wave:I am certainly not a more experienced person on here by any means, but I am awake and roaming around..Did your wife go to a visa interview and get approved to turn in a waiver? The first place you may want to start is in the "stickies" up top. They're loaded with info on the I601. Do you have an appt. yet for the waiver? I amsure many will chime in soon and give you more info, there are many helpful people here to help. A lot too can be answered by reading all the info available on this site. Good Luck To You!

Welcome!

You are in the right place.

There are links to a bunch of helpful resources here (http://immigrate2us.net/forum/showthread.php?t=10942).

You definitely need a lot more than what it seems like from just reading the I-601 paper. Start reading, in addition to the stuff on that thread check out all the sticky posts in this part of the forum.
