here is some basicly questions they did to me on my interview in nov.28th 07

1-us citizen,my wife's and my name

3-I supprt my wife and son,my son stays with his mother
4-maybe
3-petitioner information(my wife)
1-her name
2-our addess
3-I have saved money for my son sons needs and for trip to rio we both have money together that we use for avery day expensesand emergencies.
4-when and how did you enter the us?with a visa?what kind of visa?without visa ets?
1-I enter the us without a visa through the border of mexico on march 2002.
5-why did you go to the us?what motivated you go to the us?
1-I went to the us for a change to make money and help my family here in brazil.What motivated to do so wasmy family.
6-Did you work in the us?when did you start working?did you have a work permit?
1-I started working in may of 2002 and did not have a work permit.

7-when did you meet your us citizen spouse/fiance?how was it?
1-I met my wife in june of 2004.I lived on third apartment and our friend invited her to the apartment and we mat there and started to go out.
8- what happened then?did she/he file any petition on your behalf? when was it? did you file adjustment of status? when was it?
1- my wife file the I130 petition for spouse in february of 2005 and we filed the I485 adjustment status in the us on april 2007 .but it was not approved cause we need to filed it in rio de janeiro Brazil.
9- Did you get any authorization of stay from DHS? when was it?
1-No I did not get any authorization.
10-when and why did you retorn to Brazil?
1-I retorn to Brazil on nov. 13 2007 fo my interview to get my visa in rio de janeiro.:waiting::waiting::waiting:
