Does any one know where I can get information on special education programs in mexico for students that speak english and syc services for children and adults in mexico . I searched on a bunch of sites but could not find any info. I am doing my waiver and am trying to prove in mexico where my husband is from they cant provide those services. My husband is from this little pueblo in guerrero, can't even find it when you look it up on maps of mexico.
Please Help With any info.

I teach special education and from what I can find out special education services are pretty much not available in Mexico. I used this in my waiver also because this is my only certification. I would say that there would be nothing available for those that speak English. I will look to see what I have.
