I hope I didn't! Something made me look at my copies today. the copies do not show my signature! I sure hope I signed it after I photocopied it. I am such an idiot. Is there anyway I can check on this? I hope I just signed it after I photocopied them, but I can't remember!!!:shy:

Hang in there - I dont know if there is any way to check on it - other than simply waiting for an approval or an RFE - but maybe someone else will have an idea!!

You know I check over the application a million times. If I forgot to sign the feaking form I am going to die. I sure am not going to tell my husband.

It's not really a big deal. If you forgot to sign it, they'll send you an RFE and you'll sign it and send it right back.

Ok. I guess we will wait and see. They is no need to freak out about it when I can't do anything right? I will just wait to see. Thanks Kitkat.

Someone told me calling may not be good that they may come and deport my hubby cause I checked on it. I don't know if that is true, but I will ask Laurel and then just wait.

They are not going to deport your husband based on a phone call! Your I-130 already gives all that information -- as everyone's does -- and we've never heard of someone being deported based on an I-130 filing.

The reason calling isn't a good idea is because you would be calling the USCIS mis-information line. They don't have access to your file or the adjudicator - they can only give your status - exactly what you see on the website. Just try to sit tight and see if you get an RFE.

OK I will just wait. I don't remember where I saw it, but someone thought the Reason ICE came for their husband is because she inquired about her application.

when i first sent my package, i forgot to sign my check. they just sent the whole thing back in about two weeks and asked me to sign it and resend...

I must have signed it then. Laurel said they would do that too and not cash my check, but they did cash the check. She also said if I didn't sign and they cashed the check they will just send me an RFE like Kitkat said. So I am not to worried about it anymore
