My I-129F was forwarded to CDJ on April 9. It was only at NVC for 2 days. That was fast. The gentleman also told me that if my I-130 NOA2 states that it will be forwarded to NVC and it is not there in 90 days I can then request for them to take action to find it.
So here is what I am going to do.
1. keep the K3 going - If my interview is in 2 - 3months I have to re-schedule because we can not go in 2 months. Does anyone know how long after a re-schedule a new appointment would be available? Would it be like another 2 - 3 months?
2. If in 90 days our I-130 is not at NVC I will call and have them search for it. If they do have it I am going to go forward with that instead and abandon the K3.
So anyways I know Laurel told me to stop with the "what if's" but I can't help it. so this is our plan and I thought I would update ya'll on it.
