Hello ladies and Gent.

I have not been online for a while because My husband got sick and I had to come to Ecuador. I am currently here. Well i checked the status of my 130 and 129f on Sat. and my 129f says it was last updated on 4-11-08 and I just checked now and it says last updated 4-13-08. Do you guys think this means anything or is it just wishful thinking??

Thank you!!!! i doubt it cause I am going through VSC, and it just seems to good to be true. But i really hope so..


By the way does anyone know if me staying here in ecuador with my hubby can affect our HSL?

Mrs. Lema - Some people here got a "touch" b4 they got approved, so maybe this touch is a sign :) Enjoy the time with your hubby!

It looks like many people whose applications are at VSC have got their I-129F touched recently including me.

a LOT of people at both centers had 2 touches right before approval. mine was touched 3/17 and 3/18 and approved 3/25. hopefully this is good news for you!

I sent mine to VSC, I'm K3 filer.I had two touches on my I-130 in March and also on I-129F 2 days in a row last week. I wish it were good news!Good luck to us all!

ooh lexxy it would be really interesting if there was a i-129f approval out of vermont. djones and i both had only our i-130s approved, and cali people are having both.

I know that but I keep hoping that something will change.I desperately need I-129F approved because I don't want to go through NVC.I don't need an immigrant visa I'll do the AOS.I just want to be with my husband asap.But I'll take anything at this point.I would gladly take I-130 approved because I see that people are waiting even more than 6 months to get either petition approved.I'm not picky, USCIS, please approve me!!!

I know what you mean.. I will def. take anything at this point. My k3 was touched again yesterday thats 3 times so far.. So i am keeping my fingers crossed.
