How much is the I-129 F if it is for spouse of USC (K-3)
It says on the website
$455. There is no fee for petitions for K-3 status based on an immigrant petition filed by the same U.S. citizen or wife.
Does this mean the USC fills out I-130 (for spouse)and pays the fee and fills out I-129F and just sends that form with the I-130 but leave the fee out??? Im so confused

Once you have the Notice of Action receipt back for having filed the I-130, then you can file the I-129f. Since the filing fees went up effective 7/30/2007, there is NO FEE for filing the I-129f. They did away with that fee. So basically, if you paid the $355.00 fee for the I-130, there is no fee to file the 129.

One of my friends that I helped out filed her I-130 and I-129F together and was approved at the same time,,And I just helped my husbands cousin fill his out and we sent them in together and he has only received the NOA for his I-130 and not his I-129F did we do something wrong? Now Im ready to help someone else and I want to make sure that we definately dont have to send in any money with the I-129F as long as it is for a spouse of USC (K-3)

Thats correct, there is no fee for I-129F petitions for K-3 status based on an immigrant petition (Form I-130) filed by the same U.S. citizen or wife.
USCIS does state however that one must first file the I-130 and then when the notice of receipt is received, for this to be included with the I-129F on filing.

Well maybe they didnt care because when we sent in my Friends packet, they just excepted both money orders and processed her case and she was approved on both a few months later..
Well now that we just sent in both for my husbands cousin, he got back his receipt for the I-130 but nothing yet for the I-129F but they didnt send it back or send his money back..I dont understand why they make u wait to file the 129f because they assign the NOA1 for the I-130 at the same time as the i129f if u send them in together..right there they see the proof that the I-130 was filed..
Well what should I do now? check the money order and see if its been cashed for the I-129f ? or call USCIS?

If they sent the money for the I-129f before &/30/07 they accepted the money because the rules hadn't changed yet. You could call and request the money back or see if it was cashed.
