My daughter has not been approved yet because one of the forms were missing and she had to pay the $1000 fine as well. We went to the bank got the money order filled out the form and dropped it off at our attorney's office so he can sent it in. The officer said he will approve her as soon as he gets the missing information. :yay2:
All I can say is....we have had the most caring immigration officer. He was so nice, friendly and professional . Our attorney and I, were very well prepared and he really appreciated that. Our interview lasted about 1 hour. Our attorney handled our case very professional.... I am glad that I fired my attorney last year and hired a new one. I think the outcome would have been different with my other attorney.
Thank God all this is over....I've been living in fear for 12 years.
We just bought a beautiful house and we will be moving by June 1.
I be more than happy to answer any questions.
