Anyone have some information about what to expect at the fiance visa appt at CDJ?
I have downloaded all of the forms from the Consulate website so I have an idea about the paperwork. What kind of questions do they ask? What kind of information should you have with you? etc.

Take a copy of all of the paperwork from the I-129F just to be safe as well as a small photo album and a pile of relationship proof. They have been known to question the validity of K1 relationships so be prepared for this.
They generally ask two or three questions -- take a look at the Juarez thread in the Forum Embassy forum on visajourney. There is a ton of information and experiences from K1s there.

I have a copy of the I-129F (with the originals of everything).
When I sent the I-129F, I also included relationship evidence (photos from the past three years, copies of emails, receipts from vacations together, etc.) I read on another site that it couldn't hurt to include that info, so I thought, why not.... So when we go for the visa interview, I should take photos/evidence from the period of time from now until the interview ????
Kitkat...thanks for the referral to the info on visajourney...very helpful.

Take all that evidence plus any new relationship evidence. Go overboard. If you get a nasty CO he'll put you through the wringer. If not, you won't need it.
