Is their anyone who is a USC that is married to a foreigner, has children together, and that lives in his country. Who is trying to go back to the US together, but has to submit the HSL in order to do so. :waiting:

There are several families on the forum doing this. Any particular part of the world you're wondering about?

Yes, yes, yes and yes.. so I guess that makes it yes to all. What else would you like to know?

I lived with my husband in Mexico for two years before he got his residence. We had to file the I-601. We don't have children, though.

Depending on what country you are from (basically Mexico or anywhere else) you will want to check out either the I-601 Mexico or I-601 All Other Countries part of the forum.

The majority of people involved in this site have required an I-601 waiver.

Croatia is where Iam residing at the moment on a temporary visa. The language is difficult, no friends, depressing at times

Why do you need the I-601? Is there misrepresentation or illegal presence? Can you explain a little more of the story?
