I am in the process of putting our waiver letter together. I am writing it out because my Fiancee is with the military right now and has NO time do do it. So far I have...

-Military Obligations
-Co-Owner of a landscaping business
-My fiancee has ADHD
-He was in a horrible motorcycle accident and will need 2 knee surgergies that will take months to recover from.
-His sister had epilepsy and eating disorders and depends on him for support.
-He owns a condominuim
-Car payment
-School Loans
-No family in Canada

I would also include information about family, family unity.

Is the suffecient evidence or do you think more would help? Also would it help to get written letters from people from the community (church, elks lodge, military personelle, ect.) that would prove good moral acts of me?

That's a good start, but he must prove the hardship...of course the mililtary is #1 since he can't leave, b/c he will go to jail if he goes AWOL. I would expand greatly on that, and his orders, and how long he has served, what it entails, that the gov owns him for 8 years or more depending on his enlistment. etc. etc. how the military pays for his rehab for his knees...right? I know when I was in they paid for my physical therapy on my knees and back.

The guard wont pay for it unless it happened when he was on duty, which it didnt. Its a huge financial pit for us. He has insurance but still.

Use the wait times for joint surgeries in Canada as an additional hardship.

Is he active duty?

The military has in the past shown itself to be a favorable factor in many different ways on an HSL. At times it has also been known to speed up the process a little just by its notation. Not something to count on, but encouraging nonetheless.
