So my I-129F is at NVC now and my I-130 is not. Sad I really wanted to go with the IV. Anyways even when I check the automated system it does not register my WAC number so FYI - Anyone pending a K3 or K1 and waiting for NVC to receive your case the automated system does not work for us! We have to acutally talk to someone to get the new case number.

I did confirm though that it was only received today April 7th.

OMG -- great news Angela. Your hubby better get prepared because he is leaving soon. Good luck and you know my prayers are with you. I wish it was us instead; however, I am okay because my SIL will be leaving soon too.

Thanks Ladies! Oh we are not ready. We are going to delay it a bit. Plus I just talked to USCIS. They said that on Monday I can call and figure out what happened to my I-130 because since my NOA2 states that it went to NVC that is where it should be going and since it states that they are sending it to NVC I should not have to do the I-824 and pay the money to get it sent to NVC. So we will see come Monday. She said that it prolly is either just not received at NVC yet or it is still at CSC.

One down - one to go Angela!! I hope that the I-130 does get there soon though - I know you guys really want to go with that option and you shouldn't have to file the I-824 just to get it to happen!!

I talked to hubby and he is really liking the idea of waiting another 7 mos for an I-824. he thinks it would be best now that I got a new job and he wants to hire Laurel for our waiver packet.

I don't like waiting the 7mos for the I-824, I just hope that they send it on through.
Can you give your K3 to me?:waiting:

I talked to the California Services Center today. They told me that they did send my I-130 to NVC that it may be taking a bit longer to enter into the system since it is an IR case. They told me to wait another 30 days with them on that. IF I am still not seeing it with them try calling back.

Angela so are you going to wait or are you moving forward with I-129?

I am going to let the I-129F go to CDJ. I mean that is best because if CSC has no idea what they are talking about then I need that option. I will continue to keep trying for the I-130 though. I even have the I-824 filled out and ready to go if I need it.

I got my notice from NVC saying they received the I-129F and are sending it to CDJ. Which I already know that it is on it's way there now.
