Received Open Appointment Letter Today!!!

I checked the mail this afternoon and there it was....my fiance's open appointment letter from CDJ. :yay2: I am so greatful for how fast everything has gone.

If you look at our timeline, we only filed in January and have already got everything ready to go. We will be waiting until I finish school in May before we go so I will not miss any work.

I just need to make our appointment for the waiver now!! Wish me luck because I have not been able to get them to give me one. They say I have to wait until the first interview and he is told if he can file for the waiver. I will just keeping waiting and calling...:waiting:

I just called and they gave me one for June 23 (Monday) at 7:30 in the morning. I think you have to wait until you get the fiance packet which shows you are in the system.:thumbup:

Fiances get an open appointment at CDJ. They do not get assigned a specific date and time for a visa appointment. They can come virtually anytime after they get thier "invitaition."

HI! I just wanted to say congrats on your interview=) So i have a real quick question for you...I am also doing the k-1 visa and i have called to Juarez three times already and they keep telling me they cannot give me an interview until we are actually denied? What did you do to get yours in advance any advice will be helpful..Thank you
