Can't gather complete information on my NVC timeline yet. Will do later. Anyhow,

July 15, 2008 = Sent NVC processing fees for I-130.
The only information I can provide on my I-130 NVC timeline. To date, NVC paperworks still hasn't turned in. I-864 Cosponsor's documents still delayed. I think I'll just go along with the I-129F. I'm drained, completely drained. Here's why:
Sudden change in fate started here:
March 03, 2007 = Husband picked up by ICE at jobsite
March 09, 2007 = Husband bonded out from federal prison
March 22, 2007 = Husband granted Voluntary Departure. Scheduled to leave July 17, 2007. I have an undying anger on this. I was so naive, then. Only if I knew what I know now, I could have find ways to made him stay with me in the U.S. a little longer.
June 26, 2007 = Baby daughter was born.
July 03, 2007 = Baby daughter had her passport photos
July 11, 2007 = Baby daughter had her passport. ( I flew to the neighbor island's passport agency to expedite her passport. My body was still a little shaky and weak from birth delivery.)
July 15, 2007 = Husband and us went to Mexico.
August 10, 2007 = Son and me returned to the U.S. Left husband and baby daughter in Mexico. So I could go back to work and find ourselves situated from the untimely tragedy.
December 2007 = Went back to Mexico to get my daughter.
June 06, 2008 = Son's surgery in New York City to correct his birth defect. There's two more surgeries needed in the near future.
June 2? 2008 = Went back to Mexico for my son's recovery. Nowhere else to stay in the U.S.
August 03, 2008 = Came back to Hawaii with my son to pursue my husband's immigration papers. Finally USCIS has let us out from the black hole so we could continue on with our journey to CDJ. Whatever it takes. Currently starting from scratch. No home, no car, no job. Currently formulating some means to grapple economically.
